I'm requesting paladins (and probably SK's) get a DPS bump. With unique features on this server such as no corpse run and buff bot, there is little place for a paladin. During 40 mins of fighting my paladin completed 2 flurries - this is with max dex and all aa's that enhance DPS 700ish. Contrast this my beastlords pet who flurries multiple times in a single fight.
The paladin has been the bane of everquest since inception. The red headed step son, the jon snow, the bastard. What's something you never here? "Paladins are OP."
The class is close to being fun, it just needs a couple minor tweaks that bring DPS up. Improving flurry rate so to something that makes sense would be a start. I'd also suggest
increasing the amounts pallys heal by 25%. Apparently there is something broken with 2hand damage, that in addition to upping Flurry proc and crit proc rates might resolve
DPS issues with pally's. Pally DPS is somewhere around 130~ (VT gear). Lets get it closer to 200.
Please adjust this class so it ranks near the top of classes instead of near the bottom where it has laid - neglected - since inception.
I appreciate the efforts you put into this server Corporate, and I have really enjoyed playing on it for the last 8ish months.
I don't know if the things i'm asking for are difficult to code in and time consuming. As guy with a busy worklife/family life I
get it if you lack the time to address this. Just thought I would put it out there. I can't imagine improving this class with harm
the server balance at all. Whats the worst that can happen? People choose pally's instead of beastlords and enchanters? =P
